You need to practice if you want to get better at shooting pool.  Having access to individual practice time on a pool table can be a serious advantage for an aspiring pool shooter.   Pool tables can be a large investment,  and owning one does not guarantee you the abilities to shoot pool.

Practicing to shoot pool balls generally requires the balls to be set up.    Setup generally involves retrieving balls and placing them in specific positions or patterns.   Rock-it Billiard Products designs and develops specialized products useful for practicing pool.  The dimensions and materials of these products have been set to configure with pool tables,  pool balls,  and common pool drills.

Ultimately, if you plan to practice shooting pool balls, then it will help to have a system for repeating the process.  Setting up pool balls doesn’t need to be a chore.  Simplify the setup process and make your practice sessions more productive and deliberate.

Hello, my name is Tom Ritenour

I am the inventor of the Rock-it® semi-automatic pool ball launcher and the principal of Rock-it Billiard Products LLC.

I created the Rock-it® semi-automatic pool ball launcher to assist me in specifically focusing my attention on striking the ball. This product is manufactured to my standards of performance and production.  I personally cut, sand,  assemble, calibrate, and finish every unit according to my specifications.

The Rock-it® semi-automatic pool ball launcher will enable you to more efficiently set up pool balls while practicing various pool shots and drills.  This device is an invaluable tool for any training regimen.

Watch me on YouTube demonstrate how I use my billiard products.

I inadvertently found the inspiration for the Rock-it® semi-automatic pool ball launcher while waiting for a beverage at a local, well frequented, drinking establishment.   I had a cue ball in hand and I couldn’t resist the urge to see how the ball would roll on the bar surface.   Thank  you to my friends in the video for being there to catch the ball if it falls.
